The weekend after Jane's blessing, Scott went to a conference in Chicago for the National Communication Association to present a paper he co-wrote with one of his professors. The presentation went well and he had a lot of fun, I think mostly because he was able to sleep without being woken up by the baby all night.

Scott's mom Barbara came and stayed with me that weekend to help out with Jane. We had a lot of fun together just us girls.
